Yoshi Japanese Restaurant is the first full-service Japanese restaurant and sushi bar in the town of Brewer, ME; it is also the only Japanese restaurant in Brewer, ME. Yoshi Japanese Restaurant is a dream long in the making and continues to be a work in progress. That dream was finally to be realized on Friday, August 21st, 2009. With that realization came the fruition of many other opportunities. Yoshi Japanese Restaurant was opened in the Summer of 2009 by proprietors Ting and Lillian. Yoshi provides a calm, attractive, and eloquent atmosphere. Our staff and service are always cordial, warm, and entertaining. The food is always prepared fresh and served fresh. The appearance and presentation of our food will make your dining experience unforgettable! You will undoubtedly return for more!
Yoshi is unlike any restaurant you may have come across before. It is a contemporary and fine dining establishment. Come experience a new way to dine in the tatami section. Our grand sushi bar is available and allows you to interact and converse with the sushi chefs while you dine! They will prepare your sushi for you right in front of you! Our menu offers you numerous options and delicious food that will make your dining experience memorable and keep you coming back for more! State-of-the-art touchscreen POS systems will improve efficiency and productivity so your dining experience will run much more smoothly!
Yoshi is open seven (7) days a week for lunch and dinner. We will host special occasions and offer catering upon request. Reservations for parties six (6) or larger are appreciated. For parties of six (6) or more, 18% gratuity will be charged.
